Marina Boca Chica
will be a multi-year, multi-phase project. As this area of the
coast develops the time table will most certainly accelerate.
However, the following schedule represents our 'best guess' of how the
phases will be completed, at this time..
Power and potable
water are already on site and access to the island road system is in the
works.
Phase I: (Scheduled
finish - Dec. 2009)
Dock access Causeway completed 2007
Temporary Office (future kitchen) - roof and floor completed 2007
Stairway from Marina site to road completed 2007
Owners Bungalow complete 2008
MAIN Dock (10' x 120') with power & water - projected completion 12/09
Dock access ramp - projected completion 12/09
Phase II:
(Scheduled finish - Dec - 2010)
North and South Branch docks w/ 30 additional (12 - 60' & 18 - 40'
slips)
Additional infrastructure including power & water
Marina Services building, (offices, bathrooms, laundry, etc...)
Phase III:
(Scheduled finish - Dec. 2011)
North Branch of marina dock (30 add'l slips with finger piers)
Additional infrastructure including power & water
Marina Office, bathroom
Phase IV:
(Scheduled finish - Dec. 2012)
Hotel building with 12 luxury rooms
Additional infrastructure including power & water
